Homes, shared destinations and new ways to connect. Discover a Canadian community bringing everyday life, local enterprise and future mobility together.

Aero Town is a Canadian community initiative connecting independent homes, shared neighbourhood spaces and future air mobility. Our vision brings residences, local commerce, learning and everyday services together around the people who will use them.
The Star Centre, community delivery, mobility hubs, training and computing infrastructure each have a place in that vision. Together, they support a practical ambition: more time for family, easier access to services and a stronger sense of belonging.

RESIDENCES & BELONGING
Independent lakeside residences. West Coast modern architecture, Ontario woodland and a more personal way to belong.

West Coast-inspired terraces, warm timber and limestone, shaped around Ontario lakeside woodland. Independent homes share a quiet pedestrian spine and a considered community centre.

Highway 401 is shown as a ground-congestion comparison only. No flight duration or time saving is promised. The study excludes a U.S. airspace leg by design; actual coordinates, aircraft, weather, restricted areas, airspace permissions and landing sites require separate review.

A DAY, CONNECTED
A candidate regional link, with ground connections on both sides. Landing sites, aircraft and permissions remain under study.
ONE COMMUNITY · CONNECTED BY DESIGN
Aero Town brings homes, local businesses, learning and new mobility into one neighbourhood. The ambition is simple: less time organising everyday life, more time enjoying it together.

An organically shaped roof gives the shopping plaza its identity. Fine points of light lead to cafés, local shops and sheltered meeting places. Above, a separate arrival lounge connects to rooftop aircraft stands; below, walking routes and a small ground-level drop-off keep everyday access simple.

A raised docking platform, protected transfer compartment and pedestrian-level collection point bring delivery into the neighbourhood. Collection is separated from the aircraft area, so the moment that matters is a simple pickup on the way home.
Illustrated FedEx livery is a design reference; a delivery partnership has not been announced.

A campus-scale computing centre is proposed as the digital backbone: coordinating service availability, delivery demand and energy use. A separate service perimeter and a planted buffer give technical operations their own space, while the community keeps its human scale.
Power capacity, cooling, connectivity and site suitability are early feasibility priorities.

The training centre connects learning with practical roles: resident support, equipment care, dispatch and supervised simulation. Teams can rehearse disruptions before a service reaches residents, then use operating feedback to improve the next training session.
The opportunity includes local skills and service jobs—not only new technology.

A PRACTICAL HORIZON
Assess the place, test useful services, then expand what works. Each step should earn the next.
Progress depends on site feasibility, operating evidence, partners and the necessary approvals.
Study the site. Shape shared spaces, ground connections and collection points. Build evidence through small, appropriate trials.

For development partners, the opportunity is to bring homes, destinations and useful services together. We welcome discussions about specific contributions, operating responsibilities and a phased path to delivery.
Landowners, developers and investment partners: assess a location, a viable mix of uses and the capital required for each stage.
Retail, food, wellness and hospitality: shape destinations residents want to return to, supported by realistic demand and service plans.
Mobility, delivery, computing and training teams: define interfaces, maintenance, staffing and service standards together.
Land availability, planning fit, utility capacity, transport access and neighbourhood consultation.
Demand validation, capital and operating costs, accountable operators, maintenance and winter continuity.
Aircraft access and pedestrian separation, noise, accessibility, privacy, approvals and reliable ground alternatives.
Partnership discussions are exploratory. Project scope, commercial terms and participation arrangements will be defined through due diligence; this page is not an investment offer.
